2. After the reaction products were washed with distilled, dilute hydrochloric and anhydrous alcohol washing each time, the product was then dried in a vacuum drying oven drying for four hours. Zirconium silicide Nanomaterials was prepared based upon the quality of the raw zirconium dioxide used and the preparation quality of zirconium oxide. It was determined that the yield was 85%.
