Zirconium-nitride (ZrN), compounds have crystal structures that change with their composition. The ZrN (or o-Zr3N4 in Zr-N) alloy system has three compounds: ZrN, Zr3N4, and cZr3N4. They have excellent chemical properties and can be used in diffusion stacks, low temperature instruments, etc. not only in three-dimensional integrated electrical coils, but also in metal-based semiconductors. In terms of wear resistance as well as oxidation and corrosion resistance, ZrN compounds are better than pure zirconium. Additionally, they have a higher critical temperature for superconductivity, which makes them very useful superconductors.
